TERMS AND CONDITIONS
•	Direct Container Program
	1.	90% of our products are developed under ASTM or DIN specifications. Whether it is our factories that manufacture the products or factories we purchase from, all the products that we sell are shipped to our warehouse in Shanghai and inspected by our 5 engineers under the ASTM or DIN spec values and then loaded into containers and shipped to the USA or to Canada direct to their destination. We have to date a standing record of 1-1/2% warranty on all the products that we sell from Asia .
•	No Letter of credit required from credit approved companies.
	1.	We fund all the purchases. The letter of credit or TT payments are submitted by Gino Cromwell Sparber Products Ltd.
	2.	We require payment of 14 days after the customer receives the shipment into their location.
	3.	We handle all entry into the USA or Canada requirements.
•	Across the counter warranty for one year.
	1.	All Sparber products are across the counter for one year. After the one year warranty parts and service are available at local repair shops. If local repair shops are not convenient customers can contact the stores that they purchased from and the Sparber Products Ltd. Warehouse will provide the parts from inventory.
•	Six month guarantied buy back on initial purchase of a Sparber Products.
	•	If the first time purchased product is on the shelf for 6 months and has not been sold, we will exchange this product for other Sparber Products that do sell in that area.
	•	The Product would be exchanged at full invoiced original value.
	•	A check could also be forwarded after inspection of product.
•	We take the risk out of importing

•	If the first time purchased product is on the shelf for 6 months and has not been sold, we will exchange this product for other Sparber Products that do sell in that area.
•	The Product would be exchanged at full invoiced original value.
•	A cheque could also be forwarded after inspection of product.
•	Terms and conditions
	All hardware purchase over $1,000.00 Canadian dollars; freight prepaid to any major city in Canada
	All Cargo Hardware purchase over $3,000.00 Canadian dollars, freight prepaid to any major city in Canada.
	All products for warranty are to be returned to Winnipeg warehouse freight prepaid by customer. Sparber Products Ltd. will then ship new product back to the customer freight prepaid and no charge invoice for the product.
•	Payment terms.
	»	1% discount off of face value of invoice if paid in 10 days of receipt of shipment of merchandise.
	»	Net 30 days.
